POLICY:

Cancellation Policy for services 

If you cancel 24 hours before your reservation for daily pet sitting and or house sitting, we will accept your cancellation. If you cancel less than 24 hours, you will be charged for the visits, as we will not be able to rebook your time slot. 

Cancellation Policy for Pet Sitting 

If you booked a vacation sit and come home early, no refunds are given for early returns, as we cannot rebook your services. 
Seven days’ advanced notice if your plans change. If you cancel in less than 7 days, 50% payment is required. 
Over-nights must be cancelled in 7 days or more, or non-refundable. 

Scheduling 

Please note that scheduling is not automatic. Please allow 12 hours for confirmations to be sent to your email address on file. Our office hours are 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Sunday. Emails and notifications are checked every four hours over the weekend. Calls placed over the weekend will be returned as soon as possible for your convenience.

While we aim to provide the most comprehensive and timely service in the industry, we are not always guarantee availability with last minute requests. Please plan-ahead for busy holidays times so we don’t disappoint you.

We accept Cash, or Zelle payments (To: 516-426-6036) 

Update:

Please contact us to tell us that you have arrived home. If we don’t hear from you, we will continue to come until that contact has been made. We must have at least one set of keys to provide service.  We would also need to create a profile for yourself a pet(s). Without your information, we cannot do our best to serve you properly.
