For us is QUALITY visits NOT QUANTITY  visits. When you book us, you'll always get us every time to do the right thing.  House Sitting

 Out of Town - Vacation Visits  

House/Pet Sitting - $75.00 

Description:  

If you’re going out of town and or wish to have a care free vacation with not the worry about leaving home, don't look any further! We will happily house sit your home, as if it was always occupied.

Includes: Overnight Stays are from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM the following morning.  Not only is house sitting very effective at preventing home burglaries, we also upkeep your house while you’re gone so you don’t have to spend time catching up when you get back from your travels.

Things we offer:

Bringing in any mail or newspapers  
Turning on/off lights      
Opening/closing blinds      
Taking out garbage      
Plant watering and even do some light cleaning, and anything else we can do to help within reason.  

NOTE:  

All and any facility parking fees are added to our normal rates.  

HOLIDAY’S: An additional $5.00 to all visits and services on the following holidays will be applied: New Year's Eve (after 4 PM), New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, 4th Of July, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day,

All Pets - $22.00 per visit    

Description:   

All visits are tailored for those who work long hours and don’t want to leave their pets home alone for hours on end.

Includes: Each visit is 30 minutes, most of which is dedicated to loving and caring for your pet, no matter how large or small. Some pets may include and not limited to: dogs, cats, fish, rabbits, hamsters, other..

We will play with your pet or walk your fur baby along with maintaining fresh water and feedings.  We will always make certain your pet is in a clean and safe environment. Brushing their fur and pet clean-ups, are done whatever is necessary. We offer treats and administer medications, if permissible. Loving your pet comes very easy to us as we adore all living creatures. 

NOTE - $22.00 Fee up to 2 pets
More than 2 pets, there will be an additional $2.00 per pet
There will be a $2.00 per visit fuel surcharge outside Cornelius 

CANCELLATION POLICY:  There will be No charge for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to scheduled service. We will require you to contact us. It's our promise to always be loving and respectful of your home and pets. We wish always to bring much joy and happiness to your pets and to you as well as a satisfied client.
